## Data we receive

When you use the form, we may receive your name, company, work email, message and submission attribution data such as the source page, referrer, language and UTM parameters. We do not request data that is not needed to respond.

## Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to review the submitted context, respond to the interested person and manage communication related to the request. Processing is based on the request made by the interested person and, where applicable, consent.

## Providers and retention

The form uses Supabase to store and process requests and Resend to send an internal notification when the domain and credentials are configured. The site is hosted on Vercel. We retain information for as long as needed to manage the request and meet applicable obligations; we do not automatically use it for newsletters or advertising.

## Analytics and preferences

Optional analytics loads after the visitor accepts the corresponding preferences. The site uses local storage to remember the banner choice.
