## What is the difference between a chatbot and an agent?
A chatbot focuses on conversation. An agent can also use tools to act on a workflow. A website assistant can combine both: answer a question with an approved source and prepare a cart only after the user confirms.
## From your content to your tools
We define approved sources and connect the required APIs, catalog or CRM. Product prices and stock come from the source system. Tool access is restricted on the server, and sensitive actions require validation.
